What Treatment Should Be Taken For Painful Jaws, Gums, Teeth, Neck?
What is the treatment for pain in back jaw, gums , teeth , neck , ? due to tobacco or other infection from last five years my mouth is opened a inch. i have pain in back jaw, gums , teeth, nech, ear etc. i treared many doctors and take a treatment but i did not got any releif. so i want to full treatment and suggestions.

hello and welcome,
this can be a typical case of oral submucuos fibrosis.in early stage it causes burning sensation in mouth when consuming spicy food,appearance of blisters especially on palate,excessive salivation,defective gustatory sensation and dry mouth.,small vesicles in cheek and palate.
in advanced stage,the oral mucosa becomes blanched and slightly opaque and white fibrous bands appear.the mouth opening is limited due to stiffening of mucosa,inability to whistle or blow-out a candle and difficulty in swallowing.when the fibrosis involves nasopharynx,there wil be referred pain to ear and nasal voice.
the reduction or elimination of the habit of areca-nut chewing is an important preventive measure.treatment strtegies are-
1.nutritional support-mainly for high protein and calories,vit.b complex.
2.immunomodulatory drugs-local and systemic application of glucocorticoids and placental extracts.
3.physiotherapy-forceful mouth opening and heat therapy.
4.local drug delivery.
5.combined therapy.
6.surgical management

I have read your problem. you migth be suffering from sub mucous fibrosis while chewing tabacco since last five years that way your mouth will not open much.In addition to this you migth be having wisdom tooth problem. You have not mentioned age which is important for wisdom tooth erruption,in that way you are having problem in back jaw,gums teeth ,neck and ear. Go to the any ORAL SURGEON clinic,he or she will guide you better. After taking OPG x-rays they can tell you better what is the problem.If this is because of wisdom tooth ,they can plan for extraction of that wisdom tooth under general anaesthesia under antibiotic,analgesic,trypsin ,chymotrypsin and b-complex.For submucous fibrosis ,treatment is possible by giving some injections of steroids and through exercise also. But to quit habit is the first criteria.

tooth or gums may be because of some reason that you shpuld
specify.is dere is any white lesion in mouth due to tobacco
or you have cavity in your tootj or is thete is sum else problem
in your gums kindly specify so that we can suggest you appropriate
treatment.i would like to advice you plz mantain your
oral hygiene and kindly give up the habit of tobacco
chewing since its life hazardous.less mouth opening
may be due to oral submucosa fibrosis.in this you will

good dental hygiene can help prevent gum infections and other dental problems that can cause pain.
Patient is asked to stop the pan masala /beetle nut /smoking/tobacco chewing/ alcohol and spicy food.
Lycopene (10%) 2000mcg orally .

Jaw dilators exercises explained to the patients to be taken every day.

all the symptoms and signs that you have mentioned in your case history may be well because of TOBACCOO or SUPARI chewing. these lead to a disease called ORAL SUBMUCOUS FIBROSIS (OSMF). in this patient is unable to open the mouth completely and have burnning sensation while having hot and spicy foods. also the patient may experience the pain in ear.
treatment consists of
1) discontinue any tobaccoo or supari associated habits
2) Maintain good oral hygeine with mouthwashes
3) take protein rich diets (eggs/ milk), along with multivitamins for a month
4) tray passively opening the mouth everytime (Can use non sugary chewing gums for mouth exercises)
5) apply Kenacort gel mixed with DOLOGEL CT over affected areas.
