What Treatment To Be Taken For Short Term Memory And Concentration Problems?

Hi I have have had certain symptoms for the last 7 years and I have not found any answers. I have had foggy headness, I Cant ever think straight. I have short term memory and concentration problems.i have trouble chewing and digesting food, because i also have an uneven bite. And i feel week and tired all the time and i am losing weight. Also my left ear feels like its blocked all the time.
