What Treatment To Be Taken For The Green Patch In Lips?

Hello, I have a green patch on my lip that has red around it.. It is very sore and the green stuff keeps coming off and it hurts even more than. I ve googled picture of cold sores and it does not really look like one... help!! and now there is another patch coming in beside it
