Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query. Vertigo can be caused by various reasons. High or low blood pressure, blood sugar variations, electrolyte imbalance, ear problems or problems in brain can cause. All these should be excluded. A consultation with ENT specialist will be helpful to rule out these. In case of signs of central vertigo you may need to take brain CT or MRI. If all these are normal then it could be benign paroxysmal positional vertigo. In that case taking anti vertigo medications like meclizine for 1 week and exercises for vertigo will be helpful.

Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
