What Treatment To Follow After Mri Scan?

Please type your query here...hello iv been having back problems for a couple of years now and i recently got sent for a mri scan and the results was i have at level l4/l5 there generalised disc bulge causing narrowing of the left exit foramina and entrapment of the left exiting nerve root

there is impingment of the left descending intraspinal nerve root due to the stenosis of the left lateral recess.

at level l5/s1 there is mild generalised disc bulge.

i got referd to my hospital to see a specialist and when i went they over booked me so i had to see a diffrent doctor he asked for the images on disk so i gave that to him and after looking at them for around 60 seconds he said he couldnt see any of the above so now i dnt no what to do should i get a second opinion ?? i thought it would take atleast 5minutes to look at the images . i thought i had finaly had an answer to my back problem now i dnt know please help??
