Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have problem of Erectile Dysfunction .

At the outset you have to establish the cause of your ED .
Please consult qualified Urologist for clinical evaluation and get following basic tests to find out the cause of ED.
1) Blood Sugar Levels
2) Thyroid hormone study.
3) Serum Testosterone and Prolactin levels.
4) Ultrasound scanning of scrotum
5) Colour Doppler study of penis.

In the mean while have a trial of drugs like Sildenafil (Viagra) on demand .

Consult your family Physician for prescription and advice regarding dosage and timing of the drug to be taken.
