What Turns The Skin Red After Using Aclind BP Gel?

hello doctor... i have been having acne for a long time now...my age is 20..i also have hairfall problem which was found out to be alopecia...so the doctor has put me on Diane 35,which i have been taking for like 3-4 months but hairfall problem is yet to be solved...no improvements in that... for acne on face i m using Aclind BP gel..i m applying it from yesterday only and my skin has started to turn red..also i read in reviews on aclind BP gel that it turns skin red...so m a little worried...pls help
