What Type Of Complications Can I Get If Am Considering Pregnancy At The Age Of 40 ?
I am considering pregnancy @40 years old, is this wise? what type if any complications can/should I expect?

There are more chances of congenital anomalies and genetic disorder at 40 but don't worry..it can be rule out during pregnancy.
Go for complete bood investigations(Triple marker) to rule out down's syndrom,Spina bifida,neural tube defect..
4 D sonography is also helpful to rule out foetal growth.
Consult good experienced Ob/Gynecologist for better management.
