What Type Of Food Is Advisable After Teeth Extraction From Mouth?
I just had all of my teeth pulled yesterday including removing mantibular tori...the stitches are dissolving..they sent me home without any instructions like what to eat, or when to come back. I also don't know when I can get my temporary dentures..help!
I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..
As per your complain if you has extraction of teeth done with removal of Torus, then you need to take semisolid diet.. Eating bread and milk, softened foods and cereals and plenty of fluids can help.. Avoid gargling as can cause dislodged blood clots.. Also avoid smoking, drinking anything with a straw etc that can create negative pressure in mouth.. You can wear temporary dentures immediately also however you wait for initial healing of about 2 weeks before wearing temporary dentures..
Hope this helps..
