What Type Of Physiotherapy Is Suitable For Back Bone Problems?

My MRI report is like this: Small central disc protrusion at L5-S1 level, Mild degenerative changes in the lower lumbar spine with mild bilateral neural foraminal stenosis at L4-L5 and L5-S1 level. The doctor has suggested me to do phisotherpy. So please suggest me what type of physiotherpy should i do. Thank you for the suggestions.
