What Type Of Prognosis Required For Continuously Drinking And Smoking?

Stents where put into some 5 or 6 years ago. This man is 62 an alcoholic and continues to smoke. Medications are keeping his colestrial, lipids and blood pressure under control. What type of prognosis does this person have as far as longevity goes without his abstaning from his vices.
