What Type Of Test/procedure Is The Most Accurate For Finding Heart/vasc ?

What type of test/procedure is the most accurate for finding heart/vasc. problems? I ve heard that the ECG and the Echo can sometimes miss a problem with the heart. What should one do to find out for sure if there is an issue with the heart, or any of the arteries and blood vessels?

The most accurate is a combination of 4 tests to reach a final diagnosis: 1)echo. 2)thallium stress test . 3)CT/MRI SCAN is conclusive. 4)Angiography.
