What Type Of Treatment Is Recommended For This Pelvic Ultrasound And X-ray Report?

Hello Dr. My husband has a urine discomfort.seeing ultrasound report Dr suggested operation cystoscopy plus TURP to remove calcium as prostatic calcification is seen. When we consulted other urology sergeon he was not satisfied and an exay was done which showed prostic uretha is showing irregular opactification with beading and irregular outlinesuhgesting luminal narrowing.he has suggested to do optical internal urethrotomy long surgery. U pls suggest if both the operation should be done.or only OIU .... operation

I really appreciate your concern, here the clinical sign and symptoms matters and what ever the decision is there it need to be taken according to clinical condition if no symptoms are there then no need to worry about this, if it has got some symptoms then TURP is advisable hope this information helps.
