What Vitamin Tablets Can Be Taken For Type 2 Diabetic While On Glycinorm ?
I am 32 yrs, 154 Cms Ht & 68 kgs Wt, have type 2 Diabetes
I am taking Glycinorm total 30 everyday in the morning & evening.
What kind of vitamin tablets can I have and should I have to take it necessarily.
My last month measure was F=148 & PP=189.
Kindly advice.

Hello,
Since you are very young,you should make all efforts to control your blood sugar levels very meticulously.Along with medication,you must do regular aerobic exercises for 45 minutes at least and take all dietary control measures.
You must strive to shed your weight,since you are overweight.
Get tested for VIT D and VIT B 12 and take these if any deficiency is noted.
