What Was The Episode Of Blurred Vision,heavy Breathing And Cold Sweats?

im 36 weeks pregnant, today in the car I started seeing black spots, i was feeling terrible, breathing quite heavily, broke out in a cold sweat, could hardly keep my head up. It lasted for about 3 minutes before I started feeling better. What could it be? the heat?

as such it should be floaters. however itshouldbe examined by eye doctor for proper diagnosis. cardiologist may also be consulted.
