What Was The Episode Of Dizziness Leading To Passing Out?

I am twenty and have never passed out or collapsed before. I have lost 70 pounds in the last 7 months. From 280 to 210, October to April. Two days ago I became extremely dizzy and had to sit down. Tonight I was standing up and then the room started spinning. Then I felt numb and collapsed. For a few seconds I suffered complete hearing loss, when my hearing resumed their was a static white noise in the background.
