What Was The Episode Where I Didn't Respond Physically?

I was about to race my daughter just to the fence in our back yard but when I said go it's like my brain didn't respond to go and I literally fell on my face. Do I have some type of blockage in my brain, about two years ago I suddenly lost my hearing in my left ear but I was diagnosed with severe nerve damage with no improvement.
