What Was The White Thing In My Vagina?

Hello, i have a girl question about my pubic area!!!! Ok so today i took a shower abd shaved down there my first time!! And i was really surprised!! I looked at my vagina opened my flap a little and i saw something i didnt c before! It was white i thought maby just dirt or somethin!! But when i was gonna take it off it wouldnt? So i sqeezed and i came out more!! And then i sqeezed untill i could grab it! I took it out! It looked like a seed it was all white with kinda black!! I looked back at my vagina and there was a hole where i took it out!! And i just left it there!! But is this bad ir was it just dirt and just got put in my skin?
