What Was The Worm Like Thing That Came Out Of My Anus ?

hi i noticed todayi thought i had to poop and i keep pushing but nothing cam out ive then noticed a brown like worm came out of my anus and some mucus? since than ive had alot of mucus coming out of my anus? and my but is itchy?

As per Ur history its seems u have Got Worm Infestation
itching is due to Egg Sheeding

Ideally U Should Get ur Stool Examination Done ; to know exact type of worm.

Antibiotic will be required to resolve this issue.

Advice :
1) Dont walk barefoot outside
2) Use proper hand wash after defecation
3) Wash ur vegetables / fruits with twice/ thrice in water before using it , It may be one of source for worm infestation
