What Will Happen If Someone Takes I-pill Without Having Sex?

what happens if an ipill is taken without having sex just to reduce the risk of accidenctial pregnancy i mean i did not ejaculated inside her vagina but she took an pill after 48 hrs because she ws feeling weak and nausea and she also hav a big time constipation problem.
