What Will Make The Redness In The Eye To Heal Quicker If Blood Vessel Popped In The Eye After Hurling Severely?

I Hurled severely causing a blood vessel to pop in my eye my question to you is what will heal the redness in my eye quicker?what will make the red part heal up quicker? I have to work and the ophthalmologist I went to said there's no drops for this..are there any home remedies ? YYYY@YYYY

It seems from the history that you had a injury to the eye following which you are having collection of blood under conjunctiva called as subconjunctival hemorrhage.
This is self resolving condition and it will decrease as the blood gets absorbed slowly.
No eye drops are available and in fact no treatment is required as it will resolve on its own.
