What Would Be The Cause Of Excessive Sweating?
My son is 23. He s a college student. More than three years ago, I noticed his sweats were very profuse. Hes hands and feet, and his chest are most of the day extremely sweaty. He cant use color shirts. only whites. Could this be hiperhydrosis? Recommendations?

As per your case history, your son has hyperhidrosis. My treatment advice is -
1. Maintain good hygiene and bath twice daily.
2. Apply an aluminum chloride lotion daily once at night on the affected part.
3. Take hydroxyzine once at night.
If the problem persists, then consult a dermatologist.
