What Would Cause Air To Come Out Of Penis?

I have air coming from my penis when I urinate. I have had three tests and they cannot find a fistual. One was when they shoved a scope up my penis --the next was a dye and strapped to a table and turned upside down and all around to check the colon, the next was a dye in penis I was thankful put out for this one. No fisula??? what else can it be??

Hi,

It can be due to gas forming bacterial infection. Escherichia coli, Klebsiella oxytoca, K. pneumoniae etc. Doing a urine culture can help you. Also check for blood sugar.
