What Would Cause Chest Pain Along With Slight Dry Cough And Mucus?

What would cause chest pain, feels kinda like an infection of some sort, but have no other symptoms, pretty much a slight dry cough, slight mucus, but no color. Just a raw feeling when breathing. I did have a sinus infection about 3 weeks ago, got better, now the chest issues have gone on for around 2 weeks.

Noted slight chest pain with cough...
Do you have fever ???

Here I want first to do your auscultation and physical examination to rule out creps or rhonchi.
You might have bronchitis like condition.
Chest x ray useful for it....
If need proper antibiotic given....
Chest x ray also rule out consolidation like condition suggestive pneumonia...

If need sputum examination and culture useful....

If you have chronic gastritis like condition then chest pain and dry cough can occur...
