What Would Cause Severe Foot And Shoulder Pain For 2 Months?

i have severe foot and shoulder pain for 2 months every morning i cant get up to bed easly i always feeling tired .if im so tired on work i cant walk properly on the point that i can stand with severe pain . i drink a lot of pain killer to relieve pain but if pain killer gone. the pain back again .
