What Would Cause The Black Spots Inside The White Spots?

My son s girlfriend had her tonsils out the beginning of the summer, since then, she got bit by a tick and it was confirmed she had lymes decease and was treated with antibiotics, about 2 weeks ago, she had a big swollen bump behind her ear and on Friday came down with a sore throat and swollen face that she was treated for an ear infection, she is the same if not worse now, she went in to the clinic this morning and they said she has white spots with black spots in the middle, they gave her a stronger anti biotic. What would cause the black spots inside the white spots.

well see white spots in tonsil are most common with strepto infection but can occur with thrush, infectious mononucleosis, syphilis etc...the black spots are pus and necrosed bits of tissues....they will disappear alongwith the white spots gradually with treatment...
alongwith the antibiotics, maintain oral hygiene and gargle with povidone iodine solution thrice a day....
