What Would Dark Brown Blood In Period Could Be?

hi, i went to the hospital yesterday with pain on my right side and my stomach feeling a little off. my blood test, urine tests and ultrasound all came back normal. i had a really bad headache yesterday, and i just got another one now. today i started my period, and it is coming out dark brown. what could this be?

Brown blood can be used to hormonal irregularities so a detailed thyroid profile test and a prolactin will be required.
