Whats Causing Pain In The Breasts And Foot Which Started From The Shoulder Blade All On The Left Side?

i have been having this problem on my left side for six years now. it all started with a little pain on the shoulder blade, the itching and finally pain radiating down to the foot. Currently i have too much pain on the breast and foot. what might it be?

Itis neuralgic pain originating from cervical spine.Do fomantation over neck. some exercise in neck movement recomanded in yoga. take analgesic tablet like hifenac.Further you can have CT scan of cervical spine.If not cured consult orthopaedic surgeon.
