Hello ma'am and welcome.

The pushing or pressure is felt on the bladder due to either pressure from surrounding structures or due to irritation caused by an infection or a hormonal effect.

A pinkish discharge supports all these possibilities which is why I advise a visit to your doctor along with a urine examination, vaginal swab test and a physical examination as well.

Hope this helps.

Best wishes.
