What's Causing Sudden Eruption Of Huge Red Bumps On My Butt And Vaginal Preceded By An Itch?

I get huge red bumps on my butt and vaginal area. It's starts with an itch. And then it swells up very big and is very painful. There is no puss or blisters. Most never burst. A few have around the caginal area and when they do they weep and bleed. What is this?

It seems you have got folliculitis/furunculosis that is bacterial infection.

You may need to start a course of antibiotics alongwith some anti inflammatory drugs.
