Whats The DDX For Multiple Paparamesentric Lymph Nodes?

a pt of 30yr of age . complaints of pain in abdomen for 1month , some loss of appetite .on exam there is tenderness over left illiac foss region USG shows multiple paramesentric lymph nodes , largest one is 13mm in size . what could be diff. dignosis ?

Please, this question needs more specifics. At least the sex of the patient. The differential involve the various organs present in this area. This is mainly the descending colon and reproductive organs in a female. It could be a cancerous process as well as an inflammatory condition like diverticulitis, tubal abscess, etc. You need to provide more information if you want this differential to be narrowed down.
