General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello!
I had gone through your query and understand your concern.

In the way you describe it seems to be an upper respiratory infection ,probably a laryngitis and bronchitis.
The causes of this infection can be different type of viruses, bacteria, fungus and some other conditions such as acid reflux disease can cause this.
The treatment of this condition depend on finding the right cause.

I suggest to consult a doctor ( preferable a ENT doctor) so he can examine your throat confirming the diagnosis and then further treatment will depend upon the results.

Hope I was able to help you.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery.
