What's The Best Treatment For Schizophrenia?

Sir my wife is suffering from schizophrenia for a long time and she is always irritated and sometimes she gets angry also without any reason what is the best treatment available for the above disease serenece,zen retard,zipsydon,zapiz,pacetane,theoril are the medicine she is taking daily

Schizophrenia is a chronic disorder and in that patients need longer treatment may be life long. Number of antipsychotics are available in market, but response with particular antipsychotic vary from patient to patient. If she is not getting response from serenace, in that case i will suggest first try risperidone. If unfortunately she doenot get response with this, then try Clozapine. Rest discuss with treating psychiatrist.
