What's The Cause And Cure For Tiny White Pumps (at Times Itchy) On Lips?

Hi i have a lot of tiny white pumps on my lips. what could they be? I haven't popped or played with them. I can feel them with my tongue and when I stretch my upper lip I can REALLY see them. At times they itch as well. I noticed them about 2-3 months ago and are getting worse.

It could be due to presence of infection.
I would suggest you to get the checkup done.
Take multivitamin suplements,
Drink plenty of water and keep yourself hydrated.
