What's The Cause & Cure For Clusters Of Red Splotchy Lumps On Arms, Neck And Itchy Nose?

I awoke with clusters of red splotchy lumps on my arms. I also have one or two on my neck. I have also suffered in the past with white lumps, blister type, under my skin on the arms and fingers. I also have a very itchy nose which, despite creams and nose sprays from the doctor, show no signs of going away. What could they be.

Hello and welcome to HCM,
Itchiness in the nose could be due to allergy in the nose.
This allergy could be due to dust or any other allergen in the environment.
An anti-histaminic nasal spray can help to relieve the symptoms.
The appearance of red splotchy lumps on arms, neck, blisters all suggest a primary skin disease.
Red parches are called erythematous lesions.
Blisters are also seen in number of skin diseases called vesicular diseases.

However, it is important to clinically examine all these lesions to diagnose these lesions.
You need to consult your dermatologist for clinical examination, relevant investigations and thus management.

Thanks and take care
