Whats The Cause For Difficulty In Swalloing Food?

k i cant swallow any food if i do its tomato soup then it feels like its coming back up my throat , and i cant get it out unless i keep coughing and this red puke stuff comes out always and i can only eat tomato soup, i can barley swallow sometimes and it really scared me

Hello
You didn't mention the duration of these symptoms ,but difficulty in swallowing may be due to these possibilities , these includes.
1 Carcinoma in this part , may be of pharynx or esophagus or its junction or below larynx . Diagnosis can be confirmed by M R I or barium meal examination .
2 Folding in esophagus as I have seen that due to folding in esophagus , stuff comes out with coughing . Diagnosis can be confirmed by esophagoscopy .
3 Paralysis of esophageal nerve . Physical examination will find out the exact nature of illness.
