When Ciprofloxacin Causes Muscular Weakness Should It Be Continued?

I have headaches in the morning that result in migraine headaches. I have recently had a cluture and enterobacter cloacae was found. I have been taking Ciproflaxin and having severe muscle weakness. Should I discontinue the ciproflaxin. I am allergic to sulpha drugs. Also what would you recommend next for me?
