When I Do Fall Asleep I Tend To Sleep For Long Periods, What Should I Do ?

For the past couple weeks I havent been able to sleep I stay up constantly for more then 20 hours at night cause I have a hard time falling asleep but when I do fall asleep I tend to sleep for long periods of time (e.g.more then 14 hours) its very hard for me to wake up to go to school what should i do

Are you having any psychologica pressure or tension? As that is the most common cause seen.
