Otolaryngologist / ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hi,

It seems you are having a good knowledge of the human anatomy. Good! This can be either sinusitis are neuralgia. You need to get x-ray of the paranasal sinuses done to rule out any sinusitis. Also, consult your ENT specialist for a thorough examination and appropriate diagnosis.
