When I Sleep, My Body Is Cold And When I Wake Up, Its Hot. Weird Bumps On The Neck Above The Clavicle And Frequent Headaches.

Hi. I'm a roughly 5'8" male, healthy before this situation of course. I'm sexually active if that matters. The family history is clear of disease I guess, other than spontaneous diseases some of us gets. On Monday, I've been having painful headaches, bearable, but, painful. When I sleep at night it's really cold and when I wake up its really hot. It's not really a fever I guess. Another important symptom, I've been having is when I feel my neck I feel weird bumps. I don't know if I should categorize it as such. On both sides of my body, above my clavicle, there are these weird bubbles. Two in total. On the right side of my neck there is a swollen or bunch of bumps going down my neck. I don't know if I'm describing it right. Thanks!

This is type of physiological changes happens but that is nothing to worry if you do not have fever then need not to worry, other symptoms are functional in origin and does not harm you and will go away soon take care have nice day.

Hi ! Good evening. I am Dr Shareef answering your query.

From your history, it seems that you have got some lymph node swellings on your neck and possibly you are also getting a low grade fever . If I were your doctor, I would go for a FNAC (fine needle aspiration cytology) to get the nearest diagnosis, apart from performing some basic tests like CBC, ESR, and a thyroid function test. Further management would depend on the reports of the investigations.
