When And How Will My Period Begin?

I m 22 year female..... i used primolut N for three days (2 tablets a days) to pospone my monthly period ..... after 2 days of discontinue of treatment last evening only slight bleeding (some drops ) occurs..... since than nothing is happening... kindly tell me how will my period start... and what is this condition called .... help me .... i m worried. Thanks
