When Can I Consume Alcohol After Aortic Valve Stenosis? Is Smoking Tobacco Free Shisha Acceptable?

Hi Dr. Prabhakar Koregol, I am a 19 year old cardiac patient, followed for Bicuspid aortic valve stenosis since birth. Very active, no other known health issues. I am now 4 weeks post-op from aortic valve replacement, (bovine valve), and want to know (1) How long would you suggest waiting before consuming alcohol. (2) Will smoking marijuana occasionally really be a problem (3) Is smoking tabacco-free shisha acceptable? Thanking you in advance,Stephanie.

Looking to your medical issue, you do have valveular heart disease and you are better aware of this, nothing is acceptable in your case no alcohol, smoking, or any other narcotic stuff this could be highly dangerous, hope this information helps you take care bye.
