When Can I Do Pregnancy Test After Missing Periods?

Hi.. I am 31 years old, I have a baby of 11 years old.. I missed my periods and found tiny follicles in my ultrasound before 3 years. I took all the medicine and have a regular periods. I missed my periods before few months and went for a pregnancy test at 8th week but it was negative and ultrasound also showed that I am not pregnant some tiny follicles were found in my ovaries again.. Doctor advised me to loose weight and I successfully lost 22lbs..I had my insulin test which was normal, even my FSH and LH results are pretty normal. Now I missed my periods. I want to go for a Blood pregnancy test but I am afraid for negative results. Can you please guide me that in which week can I go for pregnancy test to get the correct results..

Hii

For confirmation ultrasound is the best option than any other test.

You can go for it after 2 weeks of missing periods.

You can go for B hcg test and do correlation with ultrasound.

For it you have to consult gynecologist and take advise from him.

take care.

Thank you.
