When Can I Return To The Gym And Resume Weightlifting After Hymenoplasty Surgery?

hello dr, I am planning to undergo the hymenoplasty surgery to fix the breakage that happened by accident. My hymen tags, as the dr said, is like a baby but there is a breakage at 6 o’clock.However, my question is: when can I go back to the gym? And can i do weight lifting like before? Note that my hymen did not break from the weightlifting.
