When Can Hookah Be Smoked Post Tonsil Removal Surgery?

When can I smoke hookah again after having my tonsils out (I'm over 18 so it's legal)? I had them out three weeks ago and my friend's birthday is coming up and we had planned on going to a hookah bar...how long should I wait after my tonsillectomy to smoke again?

Hello,
Thanks for your query.
Smoking has very dangerous health risks as we know.
smoking sooon after youve had the tonsil sugery isn't good at all,
because it can make you bleed. has to do with blood clots.
i'm a smoker and i read up and asked my doctor about it.
you should wait till after your full two weeks is up.
sometimes it wont do anything,
but it's been known to make you bleed, alot.
I do hope that you have found something helpful and I will be glad to answer any further query.
Take care
