When Can Menstruation Be Expected After Taking Petogen Injection?

Hi I had miscarriage in August and I was told I will have my period after 6 weeks but its more than 8 weeks now and nothing! however I was forced to take petogen injection now I really need to understand if I will not have my period till this injection is out of my system and so we clear I m not pregnant

Hello dear
I understand your concern
Generally period will come with in 5-6 week after miscarriage.
But if some product will remain inside and hormonal imbalance can cause in delay in period.
Vaginal examination and USG scan will help in management.
Petogen contain progesterone and will help to induce the period as it contain progesterone.
Period will come 4-5 days after the injection (maximum after 7 days).
If period will not occur then extra dose or D & C is required.
Avoid stress, take healthy diet
