When Can One Fly During Pregnancy?

What is the latest you would recommend flying while pregnant with fraternal twins (uncomplicated pregnancy)? It is a 15+8 hour journey and I am now 24 weeks pregnant. I have a ticket booked for the start of my 32nd week which was booked before I knew it was twins. Thank you.

Hi,

Flight travel during pregnancy is generally recommended after 12 weeks and before 36 weeks of gestation.

You are at 32 weeks of pregnancy. No complications as you mentioned. It is safer to travel with someone in case of any medical needs since it is a long flight. Also, have a prenatal check-up a few days before the flight.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
