When Can Sexual Activity Be Resumed After Undergoing Uterine Polyp Removal?

hi i've just had a polyp removed..i feel fine..no cramps pain or anything..i know i have to wait a little while before i resume sexual activity with my partner but i'm a little confused..my obgyn says a couple of weeks & my doc says 4 weeks...which one??
