i had undergone stomach operation on the 8th of November due to a bike accident and a part of my small intestine was cut off.I like to play badminton very much.Can I start playing now?Gender-male.Age-20

Thanks for query,
Better avoid this type of stranious sport as there is chances of having inciscional hernia.
Go for light sport where there is no abdominal muscle strain.
