When Did I Conceive ?

i had sex on the 23rd october, unprotected and then had a period on the 4th november. i continued to have unprotected sex and had a brown discharge from the 9th december 2009 to 16th and then followed a heavy bleed from the 16th til the 23rd. pregnancy test taken on the 30 december says i am 2-3 weeks pregnant and another test on 6 jan says i am 3 weeks plus. when am i likely to have conceived and what was the brown discharge. i am confused as i still had a period in december.

Hi.. My guess would be on the 23rd october or few days after that.. That probably might have been your fertile period considering that you had your normal menstrual cycle on 4th november.. Brown discharge problably would have been the implantation bleed as implantation can occur after 6 to 14 days after fertilization of the egg...
